DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

GENERAL ORIENTATION

- Continuous improvement training programs in the approaching the programs of developed countries, aiming for better training quality to meet the needs of the labor market.

- Strengthen scientific research activities, Actively participate in domestic and international scientific conferences.

- Maintaining and developing existing domestic and international cooperative relationships.

- Complete equipment and facilities to ensure teaching service requirements.

TRAINING - QUALITY ASSURANCE

- Ensuring the training quality of the Medical Imaging training program. Increase autonomy and responsibility for training programs in the Department. Continuously improve training programs and improve the quality of learners to meet the needs of the labor market. Improve the teaching capacity of the teaching staff.

- Prepare human resources to open new training programs: priority is postgraduate programs in Medical Imaging Technology. Aiming to soon complete the accreditation of the Medical Imaging Technology training program.

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

- Carry out scientific research according to international standards. Improve the quantity and quality of scientific research products.

- 100% of lecturers participate in scientific research.

- Publish scientific research results on the University's website as a useful reference source for training and research.

- The department has lecturers with good research capabilities participating in the school's strong research team.

- Participate in specialized domestic and international conferences and seminars.

- Encourage students to participate in scientific research activities.

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

- Maintain and developing existing domestic and international cooperative relationships.

- Coordinate scientific research between departments and hospitals to effectively use the advantages of each side.

- Cooperate with partners from medical and pharmaceutical schools, technology schools, research institutes and businesses.

- Invite staff with master's degrees or higher at hospitals to work concurrently in the Department.

COMMUNITY SERVICE  

- Continue to maintain community service activities that lecturers and students of the Department have been carrying out, and further strengthen other types of community service to improve professional expertise.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT  

- Standardize the professional qualifications of lecturers, striving for all lecturers to have a master's degree or higher.

- Increase the ratio of lecturers with PhDs and lecturers with professional experience, and recruit young lecturers to have a replacement team in the future.

- Standardize the department's support staff and provide regular professional training to improve operational quality.

- Complete additional personnel of the department according to the approved job position project.
