The Office of Testing & Education Quality Assurance - Inspection was formerly the Center of Testing & Education Quality Assurance which was established on the third of March, 2011. Since then, the Office has been changed its name twice to meet the development needs of the University:
On the eleventh of October, 2013, the Rector of Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy signed the Decision No. 641 to establish the Office named "Testing & Education Quality Assurance".
On the twelveth of July, 2023, the Chairman of the University Council of Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy signed the Resolution No. 21 to change its name to "Testing & Education Quality Assurance - Inspection".
On September 25, 2025, the Office was renamed the Office of Quality Management in accordance with Resolution No. 41/NQ-HĐT issued by the University Council of Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy, regarding the amendment of Clause 2, Article 1 of Resolution No. 21/NQ-HĐT, based on the establishment of functional units.
