On the afternoon of March 4, 2025, the Mid-Term Review Conference of the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year of Competition Block 6 - Vietnam Health Workers' Union took place at Da Nang University of Medical Technology. Attending and directing the Conference were Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice President of the Vietnam Health Workers' Union; Mr. Hoang Xuan Thao - Head of the Organization - Inspection Department of the Vietnam Health Workers' Union; and the Presidents of grassroots Trade Unions under Competition Block 6.

On the side of Da Nang University of Medical Technology, there were Dr. Le Thi Thuy - Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, School Principal; Dr. Nguyen Minh Son - Party Committee Member, Vice Principal; and teachers in the School's Trade Union Executive Committee. The conference was co-chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Minh - President of the Grassroots Trade Union of Da Nang University of Medical Technology, Head of Competition Block 6, and Mr. Tran Manh Ha - President of the Grassroots Trade Union of Thai Binh Medical University - Vice Head of Competition Block 6.

Dr. Le Thi Thuy - Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, School Principal; Dr. Nguyen Minh Son - Party Committee Member, Vice Principal attended the conference.

Welcoming the Conference, Dr. Le Thi Thuy emphasized the important role of the Trade Union in taking care of life and protecting the rights of officials, employees, and workers, while contributing to improving the quality of training and developing the School. The School Principal also expressed her desire to continue to receive the companionship and support from the Vietnam Health Workers' Union and units in Competition Block 6 to work together towards sustainable development goals.

The conference summarized the outstanding achievements in the first semester, and discussed solutions to improve the efficiency of trade union activities in the coming time.

Following that, Competition Block 6 - Vietnam Health Workers' Union organized a seminar on the theme "The Role of the Trade Union in Building a Brand Image for Medical and Pharmaceutical Training Schools".

The seminar aimed to exchange, share experiences and propose solutions to enhance the role of the Trade Union organization in promoting the image and brand of medical and pharmaceutical training institutions.

At the seminar, delegates listened to and discussed around three important presentations: "Building a strong Trade Union organization with a medical and pharmaceutical identity", "Implementing propaganda and promotion of the School's image in Trade Union activities" and "Promoting the School's image in connecting and serving the community".

The seminar received many practical contributions from delegates, clarifying the role of the Trade Union in communication and promotion of the image of Medical and Pharmaceutical Training Schools. The seminar affirmed the importance of coordination between the Trade Union organization and relevant departments in the School, in order to promote communication effectiveness and enhance the brand of Medical and Pharmaceutical training institutions.

This is an opportunity for units in Competition Block 6 to share practical experiences, thereby proposing effective solutions, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities and promoting the sustainable development of medical and pharmaceutical training institutions across the country.
