On the morning of March 3, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy held a meeting with a delegation from Chubu Gakuin University (Japan) to discuss and exchange directions for cooperation in education and scientific research.

Attending the meeting, on behalf of the University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Thuy – Rector; Dr. Nguyen Minh Son – Vice Rector; and Dr. Cao Bich Thuy –Acting Deputy Head of the Office of Science, Technology Management and International Cooperation. Representing the partner institution were Prof. Yoshihide Iio – Dean of the Faculty of Welfare, and Prof. Sugio Yoshikawa –Dean of the Faculty of Elderly Care.

During the meeting, both sides discussed and agreed on several cooperation orientations for the coming period, focusing on enhancing learning and professional exchange opportunities for lecturers and students; implementing short-term and long-term exchange programs; promoting academic visits and expert networking; and jointly conducting scientific research projects aligned with the strengths of each institution.

The two parties also exchanged views on the scope, duration, and implementation roadmap of the Memorandum of  Understanding (MoU) in its first year, agreeing to finalize the necessary contents in order to proceed with the official signing at the earliest possible time.

The meeting took place in an open, friendly, and cooperative atmosphere, reflecting the strong commitment of both  institutions to building a sustainable partnership.

This collaboration aims to enhance the quality of education and scientific research, as well as to expand the international cooperation network of Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy in the context of global integration.
