On the afternoon of September 29, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy held a meeting with a delegation from Aijinkai Social Medical Corporation (Japan). Representing Aijinkai were Ms. Sadasue Hitomi – Manager of the Rehabilitation Department, and Ms. Hamaguchi Yui – Physical Therapy Technician. From the university, participants included Dr. Cao Bich Thuy – Deputy Head in charge of the Office of Science, Technology Management and International Cooperation; Mr. Pham Minh Tan – Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Rehabilitation; along with lecturers from the Faculty of Rehabilitation.

During the meeting, representatives of Aijinkai discussed and explored the needs for improving healthcare services in Vietnam, particularly in the field of rehabilitation technology. This activity is part of a cooperation program with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), aiming to study the potential application of Aijinkai’s existing medical technologies to support socio-economic development and community healthcare.

The meeting provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange information and share experiences, while opening up future opportunities for collaboration in education and healthcare.
