On December 29, 2025, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy (DUMTP) held a working session and officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lac Hong University, aiming to strengthen collaboration in education and training, scientific research, and quality assurance in higher education.

The delegation from DUMTP was led by Dr. Dang Van Thoi, Vice President of the University, and included representatives from the Office of Quality Management, the Faculty of Medicine, the Preclinical Skills Training Center, and the Information Technology – Communication and Library Center. Representing Lac Hong University were members of the University’s Board of Management and representatives from relevant academic and professional units.

During the meeting, the two institutions signed a cooperation agreement focusing on key areas such as education and training, scientific research, and quality assurance. The collaboration places particular emphasis on the development of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, faculty and student exchange, joint research activities, and the co-organization of academic and scientific events. In addition, Lac Hong University will support the transfer of solutions and software systems for data management, learning outcomes assessment, and quality accreditation, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of education and scientific research at both universities.

The signing of the MoU marks an important milestone, opening up opportunities for sustainable and long-term cooperation, leveraging the strengths of each institution, and meeting the requirements for innovation and quality enhancement in higher education in the current period.
