On the morning of January 30, 2026, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy held the 2025 Conference for Staff and Employees with the participation of all staff members and employees currently working at the University.

At the Conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lê Thị Thúy, Rector of the University, presented the 2025 annual performance review report and the key tasks and directions for 2026. The Conference also heard the 2025 financial disclosure report, the report on the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, and the activity report of the People’s Inspection Committee. The delegates unanimously approved the explanatory report addressing comments and recommendations from staff and employees, demonstrating the University’s commitment to democracy, transparency, and accountability in management and administration.

In a democratic and open atmosphere, delegates actively participated in discussions and contributed opinions on professional activities, working conditions, and policies related to staff and employees.

The Conference approved several adjustments to the Internal Expenditure Regulations for 2026 and witnessed the signing of the emulation agreement between the University administration and the Trade Union. The delegates also voted to adopt the Conference Resolution, which will serve as the basis for implementation across the University.

The Conference concluded in a spirit of solidarity and consensus, providing strong motivation for Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy to continue its stable and sustainable development in the coming period.
