On the morning of December 5, 2025, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy held a conference to announce the decisions on the appointment of managerial officials in accordance with Decree No. 111/2017/ND-CP. Attending the conference were Dr. Le Van Nho, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the university; members of the Board of Rectors; and leaders of units and departments of the university.

At the conference, the Office of Personnel and Administration announced the decisions appointing Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ho Anh Binh, Director of the Cardiovascular Center, Hue Central Hospital, to concurrently hold the position of Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; and Dr. Ho Manh Truong Phu, Director of the Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery Center, Hue Central Hospital, to concurrently hold the position of Vice Dean of the Faculty of Rehabilitation of Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy, effective from December 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference on behalf of the appointed officials, Dr. Ho Manh Truong Phu expressed his sincere appreciation for the trust placed in him by the university leadership, and affirmed his commitment to fulfilling his responsibilities with dedication and to working closely with the University in the training of high-quality healthcare human resources.
