On the morning of January 9, 2026, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy held a conference to announce decisions on personnel affairs concerning staff members appointed to managerial positions of the University.

Attending and directly presenting the decision was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lê Thị Thúy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the University. The conference was also attended by members of the Board of Rectors, representatives of the Trade Union and the Youth Union, as well as heads of faculties, departments and units within the University.

At the conference, the University leadership announced the decision on the reception and appointment of a staff member to a managerial position. Accordingly, Dr. Nguyen Hoai Trung, MD, was officially received to work at the Faculty of Rehabilitation and appointed as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Rehabilitation, effective from January 1, 2026.

In her remarks at the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lê Thị Thúy congratulated Dr. Nguyen Hoai Trung on being entrusted with the new responsibility. She emphasized that this appointment reflects an important policy of the Party Committee and the University aimed at strengthening the managerial workforce with highly qualified professionals, in order to meet the requirements of development and to enhance the quality of education and scientific research in the current period. The Rector expressed her expectation that Dr. Nguyen Hoai Trung would quickly familiarize himself with the new role, fully utilize his capabilities, uphold a strong sense of responsibility, and work in unity with the faculty to successfully accomplish the assigned tasks.

The conference was held in a formal and serious atmosphere, demonstrating the University’s strong commitment to personnel affairs, contributing to the consolidation of the organizational structure and the enhancement of operational effectiveness at Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy.
