Training to implement "SCALE RESEARCH - STRATEGIES FOR IMPLEMENTING SEXUAL VIOLENCE PREVENTION MODELS AMONG MALE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN VIETNAM"

From August 12 to August 15, 2024, the Center for Health Initiatives and Population (C.CIHP) successfully coordinated with Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy to organize a training course within the framework of implementing the SCALE project - Strategies for implementing sexual violence prevention models among male university students in Vietnam. The content focuses on improving the capacity to implement research and implement the GlobalConsent program at Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy. Through the training course, lecturer MSc. Quach Thi Thu Trang from C.CIHP shared many contents related to the program, including:

  • GlobalConsent program;
  • Process of implementing activities to support the implementation of the GlobalConsent program;
  • Process of implementing research activities to support data collection on schedule;
  • Cost/price calculation activities;
  • Leadership style and its meaning in the GlobalConsent program. The lively discussions that took place during the training course shared practical experiences; advantages and disadvantages when implementing the program; This is very useful for the research and implementation team of the GlobalConsent program at Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy.
