• Increased awareness of the Speech Therapy profession and its potential positive impact on the lives of those suffering from communication and swallowing disorders.

• Increased knowledge and skills in evaluating and managing adults and children with wide ranging communication and swallowing disorders thus providing effective speech therapy services to the Vietnamese population.

TFA undertakes to collaborate with DUMTP staff in the Rehabilitation Department to assist with curriculum development, drawing on the experience of the two year speech therapy training programs; assist sourcing the required overseas lecturers and clinical supervisors for the speech therapy training programs; provide Professional Development opportunities in the form of Short Courses, and clinical training.
