Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy and Da Nang Hospital of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Sign Cooperation Agreement in Training and Research

On the afternoon of March 31, 2026, Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Da Nang Hospital of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, marking an important milestone in strengthening the linkage between education and practical training in the healthcare sector.

Attending the ceremony on behalf of the University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Thuy -Rector of the University; Dr. Dang Van Thoi - Vice Rector; along with leaders and managers of affiliated units. Representing the Hospital were Dr. Do Van Thanh (Specialist Level II) – Director of the Hospital, together with representatives from various departments and specialized units.

According to the MOU, both parties agreed to collaborate in key areas, including: training and receiving students for internships and clinical practice; joint scientific research and academic exchange; continuing education and postgraduate training, as well as participation in teaching; recruitment linkage and human resource development; strengthening international cooperation; promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in healthcare; and jointly implementing community healthcare and medical consultation activities.

The signing of the MOU not only provides favorable conditions for students to access a professional and in-depth clinical training environment but also contributes to improving the quality of education at the University, meeting the increasing demands of the healthcare sector in the current context.

Representatives of both institutions expressed their commitment to effectively implementing the agreed areas of cooperation, aiming toward sustainable development, enhancing the quality of healthcare human resources, and better serving the protection and improvement of public health.

The signing ceremony was held in a formal and collaborative atmosphere, reflecting a strong and long-term partnership between the University and the Hospital, and opening up new opportunities in training, research, and community service.
